Dear Master’s instructors and students,

I would like to personally invite all ITF members to participate in the 2010 CanAm Championships to be held on Saturday June 5th in the beautiful Town of Oakville, Ontario This Tournament is open to colored belts and black belts of all ages. The Sheridan College Athletic Complex will be the venue for this fantastic event.

This Championship is titled "CanAm" because it will bring competitors from across Canada, the United States and Puerto Rico together for a weekend of high caliber Taekwon-Do!

Participants will compete in Patterns & Sparring in both colored belt and Black Belt divisions. Seeding Points will also be awarded for those wishing to attend the 2011 ITF World Championships in New Zealand. The cost for this tournament is $50 for individual competition. The pre-registration deadline date of May 9th will be strictly adhered to. Late registration is $100. There will be absolutely no registration at the door.

Black Belts who do not participate in the judging will be disqualified from competition (no exceptions).

Only official ITF referee attire will be accepted (blue suit, white shirt, blue tie, white shoes). We would like to maintain the professional image of Taekwon-Do at all times.

The Holiday Inn Oakville has been reserved for those who need to stay a few nights. When booking rooms please use the code “TKD” to receive the special event room rate of $104.00 based on 4 persons per room. The room release date is May 9th, 2010.
